The deadline for PPG industries to complete the acquisition agreement of Dille company is scheduled to be January
October 25, 2011. Pittsburgh, USA - PPG industries (NYSE Code: PPG) announced today that it has completed the acquisition agreement and will acquire dyrup a/s, a European paint manufacturer with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, from the listed company monberg Thorsen. According to the final due diligence results, the final transaction amount (including inherited debt) has been determined to be 115million euros (160million dollars). Both parties have agreed that the deadline for this acquisition is January 5, 2012
