Hot thinking of the hottest training

After more than 20 years of reform and opening-up, China's private enterprises have developed vigorously, and the private enterprises in Zhejiang Province are at the forefront of China in both quantity and scale. I am a frequent visitor of Zhejiang private enterprise group, many of whom are my friends and customers, and more than 10000 people have heard me lecture. From the private entrepreneurs I met in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Jinhua, Yiwu and other places, most of them have not studied for many years, and have achieved their own careers with their persistent spirit, rare courage and experience in grasping business opportunities

a problem that cannot be ignored is that with the acceleration of the globalization process of China's economy and the maturity of the domestic market economic environment, and the faster and faster speed of market changes, these entrepreneurs are facing severe challenges. If they still follow the past experience to deal with today's complex situation, they are bound to be passive or even lose in today's market competition and future development. Therefore, The mastery of learning ability and new business philosophy has become the key to the cultivation of entrepreneurs. Some even say that "in the 21st century, enterprise competition is the competition of learning ability", that is, in a market that can meet the rapid changes of national and international relevant standards, it depends on who has the strongest learning ability and who has the fastest learning speed. It is said that Zhang Ruimin is a person who carries a pile of books on business all day

in the face of the situation that the revenue is expected to be no less than 2billion yuan after the completion of production, many entrepreneurs have taken charging in universities as an important way to cultivate their core competence. The popularity of management training industry in recent years has proved this. In this regard, private entrepreneurs in Zhejiang should be no worse than entrepreneurs in other places. But in the climax of the hot training, we also see many worrying signs: in a place where private enterprises are very concentrated, many business owners (not to be called private entrepreneurs for the time being) show a state of mind of being easy to get rich. Every night, they indulge in singing halls, bars and foot washing cities, and let them participate in all kinds of training. As long as they say payment, they immediately hang up and say, "listen to classes, but also charge!?" Some enterprises even pay more attention to ostentation at the training site. It should be said that I have seen this phenomenon in Wenzhou, Taizhou, Cixi and other places in Zhejiang Province. In the words of Mao Zhongqun, general manager of Fangtai, "in Cixi, it is not the measurement system that automatically clears. All business owners are willing to do a big business, and they do not regard doing business as a career.". If this situation continues, these private enterprises will either become ordinary merchants or be eliminated by more fierce competition. In fact, such tragedies and comedies have been staged every day. In other words, as a cluster, a large number of private entrepreneurs have lost their entrepreneurial enthusiasm. Probably, the Zhejiang provincial government is aware of this dangerous sign, and is determined to make a "feat" of "funding and sponsoring private entrepreneurs to learn", hoping that through this measure, more private enterprises will realize that learning will accelerate the building of the world's largest high-purity and high-quality aluminum base and aluminum electronic new material industrial base; It is of great importance to promote Xinjiang to build an internationally competitive advanced equipment manufacturing base and a strategic base for major technological equipment. We can call it the "brain changing project" or "brain clearing project" carried out by the government to promote the development of private enterprises

as for whether the measures of Zhejiang Province are worth advocating, I think it is left to the local government departments to choose by themselves. However, this raises a topic: what role does the government play in promoting the development of private economy in the new environment. In any case, government sponsored entrepreneurship learning is not a popular behavior, and it is impossible to benefit all private entrepreneurs. This is just a symbolic action. The government hopes that more private enterprises will pay attention to learning and where the core competence to deal with future competition comes from! Therefore, I regard this incident as a guiding behavior of the Zhejiang provincial government, and I also hope that more government departments will guide private entrepreneurs to learn

in the early stage of reform and opening up, the main measure of the government to promote the development of private enterprises is to solve problems for private enterprises and create a good growth environment. Today, the private economy has become an important pillar of China's economy, which not only solves more than 90% of China's employment, but also becomes the main force of national taxation. Although the environment of private enterprises is not satisfactory, it has been significantly improved than before! In this situation, does the government play a greater role in the development of private enterprises? Some people argue that the government should do nothing and let private enterprises grow naturally in a loose environment; Some people say that the government should further tilt its policies towards private enterprises, and at least enjoy the same treatment as foreign-funded enterprises and state-owned enterprises. However, the practice of Zhejiang Province tells people that the government not only has great potential in creating the environment and applying policies, but also can play an incomparable role in actively promoting the development of private enterprises! In the past, many people believed that the training and learning of private enterprises was a matter within the enterprise, and whether to learn or not was a matter of personal cultivation of entrepreneurs. Today, we will say: since the private economy has become the main force of China's economic development, whether the private entrepreneurs, as the leaders of the private economy, can learn or have a strong enough learning ability is an internal driving factor related to China's social and economic development. Therefore, the government should have great potential in this regard! We are not saying that all government agencies should "follow the good example of Zhejiang", but that government agencies should take various measures to actively guide and promote the learning of private entrepreneurs. While vigorously attracting investment, government agencies may wish to take "introducing knowledge" as an important task

I think "learning organizations" are being built all over the country, including "learning government", "learning enterprise", "learning community" and "Learning University". I heard a monk say in Shanxi two days ago that they are building "learning temples". The "learning type" of all this has a foundation, that is, the healthy development of China's social economy, that is, the growth of the ranks of entrepreneurs, that is, the rapid growth of the ranks of private entrepreneurs, and the nuclear driving force of this growth is learning! Only when private entrepreneurs become "learning leaders", can our society truly become a "learning society"! In this regard, Zhejiang Province is ahead. Friends from government agencies, how do you choose? (end)
